2. Waitlist Registration
When you join our waitlist through the Google Form, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We collect your contact information solely for the purpose of notifying you about AgentPOD updates and early access opportunities.
3. Data Collection
By submitting the waitlist form, you consent to AgentPOD collecting and storing the information you provide, including but not limited to your name, email address, and any other details requested in the form. This data is collected through Google Forms and stored securely.
4. Use of Service
AgentPOD is currently in development. The waitlist provides you with the opportunity to receive early access and updates. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

All content, features, and functionality on the AgentPOD website are owned by AgentPOD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
AgentPOD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
